Your firm,
in their pocket.
Clients will not log into a portal to chase their own paperwork. They will photograph a receipt while standing at the counter — if the app on their phone takes four seconds. That is the app we are building.
What it is being built to do
In development, and chosen because each is the moment a record gets created or lost — the receipt, the signature, the approval. Early-access practices get it first.
Your brand, next
White-label publishing — your firm’s name, logo, colours and store listing — is planned once the app itself ships.
Receipt capture
Photograph a receipt and the supplier, date, net, VAT and gross are extracted and sent straight to the ledger for coding.
Mileage tracking
Log journeys with the applicable rate applied, so mileage claims arrive as records rather than as a note in December.
Approve and sign
Accounts, returns and engagement letters reviewed and signed on the phone, with the executed document filed automatically.
Shared documents
Documents you share with a client appear in the app instead of as email attachments.
Push notifications
Deadline reminders, requests for information and approval prompts land as notifications — which get answered far more often than emails.
Biometric sign-in
Face and fingerprint unlock, so the security bar being high does not make the app annoying to open.
Client uploads
Clients send documents into the portal from their phone, into the right client file, without an email thread.
Real-time position
Clients see where they stand — what is owed, what is owing and what is coming — instead of asking you for a figure.
The client relationship stays yours
Put your clients in a software vendor's app and you have introduced them to a brand that is not yours, in the one place they interact with their finances every week. Over a few years that is how a practice becomes a back office for someone else's platform.
So white-label publishing is planned from the start: the icon on the home screen, the name in the store, the colours inside, the sender on the notification — yours. The engine underneath is ours. It follows once the app itself ships.
- Published under your firm’s own Apple and Google developer accounts
- Your icon, name, colours and store listing
- Notifications sent in your firm’s name
- No Qwikr branding anywhere the client can see
Questions, answered
Not yet. The app is in development, and practices on early access will get it first. We would rather say so than let you find out from a client.
The plan is your own: built and published under your firm’s developer accounts with your name, icon and store listing. That comes after the app itself ships, and Apple and Google both require the listing to sit under your own developer account, which also means you keep control of it.
It will be part of the practice offering rather than a separate per-client licence. Get in touch and we will talk it through against the size of your client book.
The app does four things clients actually want to do — photograph a receipt, sign something, see what they owe, send a document. It is deliberately not a mobile version of the whole ledger.
It is read, matched against the bank transaction it belongs to where one exists, and attached to that transaction as evidence. If it cannot be matched it waits in the queue rather than being posted on a guess.
