For online sellers

Know your real margin.

Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy and WooCommerce connected natively — with fees split out, settlements reconciled and stock costed in real layers.

Usually on: Complete, or any plan plus the E-commerce add-on

A payout is not revenue, and net margin is not gross margin

Book a Shopify or Amazon payout as one receipt to sales and you have understated revenue, hidden the cost of selling, and landed VAT in whichever period the money happened to arrive. The accounts will balance. They will also tell you almost nothing about whether the business works.

Qwikr decomposes each payout back to the orders inside it, posts every fee type to its own account, and costs stock in real layers — so gross margin is a fact about units sold rather than an average that drifts.

  • Payouts matched to the orders inside them, across period ends
  • Commission, payment fees, shipping and refunds posted separately
  • FIFO or LIFO stock layers carrying landed cost
  • EU sales fed to the OSS return as you trade

What you get

Five native connectors

Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay and Etsy — built in, not bridged through a third-party sync tool with its own bill.

Settlement reconciliation

A payout covering hundreds of orders across a fortnight, matched back to those orders with the difference explained rather than plugged.

Real stock layers

Each receipt of goods creates a layer at its landed cost; each sale consumes layers in FIFO or LIFO order.

EU OSS VAT

Cross-border consumer sales identified, charged at the destination rate and accumulated into the OSS return.

Marketplace VAT rules

Deemed supplier, zero-rated export and domestic sale treated as the different things they are.

Margin by channel and SKU

Because orders and fees survive into the ledger, profitability can be read per channel and per product rather than in aggregate.

Questions, answered

Those exist because the accounting package underneath has no concept of an order, a fee or a stock layer, so a bridge has to summarise everything into journals on the way in. Qwikr models orders natively, so the detail survives — and there is no third subscription or third support queue.

Yes, and they are the hard case — one payout spanning periods, dozens of fee types and reserve movements. They are reconciled against the underlying orders with fee types posted separately.

Connectors can backfill, so your opening position is real rather than a balancing figure. How far back is worth pulling depends on channel and volume.

E-commerce is included in Complete, and available as a £19/month add-on on the other plans.
