Integrations

Connected where it counts.

Fewer integrations than a platform that needs them to be a product at all — because banking, payments, filing, payroll and e-commerce are built in rather than bridged.

What connects today

Grouped by what you are trying to achieve rather than by vendor logo.

Banking & open banking

Regulated open banking connections covering UK high street and challenger banks, with statement import as a fallback.

  • TrueLayer
  • GoCardless Bank Feeds
  • Open banking payments
  • Statement import (CSV, OFX)

Payments

Take money on invoices without exporting anything, and reconcile the settlement against the invoices it paid.

  • Stripe
  • GoCardless Direct Debit
  • Online card payments
  • Payment runs

E-commerce & marketplaces

Native connectors that model orders, fees and settlements rather than summarising them into a journal.

  • Shopify
  • WooCommerce
  • Amazon
  • eBay
  • Etsy

Government & filing

Statutory data and submissions, with digital records and links maintained to the source transaction.

  • HMRC — MTD VAT
  • HMRC — ITSA
  • HMRC — RTI payroll
  • Companies House

Email & productivity

Sync client correspondence and calendars so the client record is complete without anyone forwarding anything.

  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft 365
  • Calendar sync
  • Mailgun sending domains

Pensions & payroll

Auto-enrolment assessment and contribution filing through direct integration or standard file formats.

  • NEST
  • Standard contribution files
  • Employee portal
  • CIS verification

Migration

Bring the history with you rather than starting from an opening balance and hoping.

  • Xero
  • QuickBooks
  • Sage
  • CSV and spreadsheet import

Build your own

Where nothing off the shelf fits, the whole platform is reachable programmatically.

  • REST API
  • Signed webhooks
  • Scoped API tokens
  • Zapier

The integration you need most is the one you do not need.

Every integration is a seam, and seams are where reconciliations come from. A practice running four systems spends real time keeping them in agreement — and that work never appears on a bill. Most of what other platforms integrate with, Qwikr simply contains: payroll, practice management, e-commerce, inventory, document signing and client messaging are modules, not partners.

Questions, answered

The open banking providers cover the great majority of UK business accounts, and the list changes often enough that publishing every bank name here would go stale. Tell us who you bank with and we will confirm. Where a feed is not available, statement import works.

Banking, payments, government filing, email and migration are included in the plans that cover those modules. E-commerce is included in Complete and available as a £19/month add-on elsewhere.

Sometimes — it depends on the system and whether other customers need it too. If it is specific to you, the API is usually the faster route, and we will help you scope it.

Through HMRC’s own OAuth flow, so your credentials are never handed to us. The connection is authorised by the client or agent directly with HMRC and the resulting tokens are stored encrypted.
